I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate everything you have done for me in making my new move to my wonderful home so painless!  In fact, since you did all the ground work and follow ups, you actually made the experience exciting and easy.  You were there at every turn, even when you did not need to be - - - and the "extra efforts" certainly made my transition smooth!!
